need sleep!

ewan ko ba. lagi na lang ako nahihirapan sa sleeping hours ko ngayon. dati naman, 9 or 10 palang, super antok na ako. ngayon, 11 or 12 na nakakatulog. and the other thing na nakaka-inis, nagigising ako ng 430 or 5 just to pee!!! i hate getting up from bed and walking towards the CR. by the time na nakabalik na ako, gising na ang diwa ko eh. it’s hard for me to sleep lalo na kung maliwanag/may liwanag na sa labas. (that’s why iniisip ko paano ako kung mag-migrate man ako to higher latitudes — sira ang body clock! haha)

isa pang ayoko, lack of sleep causes you to eat more. (ba’t ba di ko na makita yung article na dapat kong i-link dito???) eating more = spending more. spending more translates to feeling guilty getting fat so you buy exercise stuff and/or joining gym clubs. then you don’t do your exercise routine, you feel guilty and depressed, you eat, you get fat, you feel guilty, you buy more exercise stuff, and so on… whew! (ang lala talaga ng problema ko!!!) haha…

but yeah. i seriously need to get enough sleep. ang tanong lang is paano ko gagawin yun.

that’s the least of my problems, at least. mas pino-problema ko ngayon how to last until next payday, which i guess would be delayed again until next week, wednesday. good luck sa akin… *counts coins* kaya pa naman. higpit-higpit lang muna ng sinturon. aja!

  1. Matulog ka nga! Ayan kasi, kung anu-ano iniisip, hehehe, kung insomnia man yan, eto pera… *hands coins* pambili ng passion fruit, magaling daw yan sa sakit na yan! O kaya pambili Ativan, tingnan ko lang kung di ka pa rin makakatulog… Hehehe

    syempre ni-google ko pa yung Ativan. hahaha… ativan gang lang yung alam ko! 😛

    pero actually, yung pag-wiwi sa madaling araw main problem ko. hindi pwedeng hindi bumangon eh. ugh!

  2. OMG ako din ganyan. dati i can sleep as early as 8 or 9pm but now, mga 10-11 na ako nakakatulog. and i hate it too now that i get up in the middle of the night to pee. kainis talaga. a sign that we’re not really that young anymore.

    may ginawa ako few weeks back and it was effective, nakatulog ako ng 9pm pero i had to make sure that i finished everything that i had to do…and at around 8ish, i was relaxed already having a cup of chamomile tea. but the thing is i can’t do it everyday.

    OMG din! sign of aging talaga? 😦 ahuhuhu… you’re the second person to tell me that! ahay…

    i thought stressed lang ako ngayon eh. so last night i took some supplements. well, i slept better but the getting up to pee didn’t. 😦 oh well…
