sabi nga ni Bro. Bo, “where else in the world must you trust in God each time you breathe?” (or some other words to that effect). only in Manila!
and one morning while on my way to the office, i couldn’t help but notice the clear division between clean and polluted air in Quezon City. and the week before, Doc James had just discussed how pollution is ‘contained’ because of the stability or instability of the air’s layers. it was just really cool (and disgusting at the same time) to see this.

it isn’t hard to do that nowadays. although a few days ago, i actually dreamt of rain pouring down before i was going home. i think there was someone involved in my dream but i don’t want to make guesses or assumptions. basta ganun… and it was really raining as in zero visibility, like there was a foggy curtain in front of you. and i wasn’t scared. i was really happy with that rain. probably because lahat tayo ngayon eh inaabangan yun. there was no fear of another Ondoy-type of flooding. it was just a happy feeling.
what does that tell me? may dadating na blessings? or talagang inaabangan ko lang yung ulan na bumuhos… (sabay kanta ng, “buhos na ulan aking mundo’y lunuring tuluyan…”) wahaha…

in Isabela, Gov. Padaca was removed from office by Comelec in favor of a GMA ally.
in Bulacan, Gov. Mendoza was removed from office by Comelec in favor of a GMA ally.
in Pampanga, Gov. Panlilio was removed from office by Comelec in favor of a GMA ally.

These excerpts are published each year to the amusement of teachers across
the country in an annual “Dark and Stormy Night” competition. Here are last year’s winners…..
1. Her face was a perfect oval, like a circle that had its two sides gently compressed by a Thigh Master.
2. His thoughts tumbled in his head, making and breaking alliances like underpants in a dryer without Cling Free.
3. He spoke with the wisdom that can only come from experience, like a guy who went blind because he looked at a solar eclipse without one of those boxes with a pinhole in it and now goes around the country speaking at high schools about the dangers of looking at a solar eclipse without one of those boxes with a pinhole in it.
4. She grew on him like she was a colony of E. coli and he was room-temperature Canadian beef.

since mukhang in-tune pa din siya sa blog ko, i’m thinking of making some of my posts part of my study habits. well, sort of.
from time to time, i will be posting some of the stuff i’ll be reading about work/school sana. ayoko na din kasi gumawa ng separate blog. ewan ko. mase-stress lang siguro ako. pero parang ang korni naman nun diba? hahaluan ng kung ano-ano’ng pang-nerd yung blog. pa-intelektwal ba? diba nakaka-turn-off yun? hay… ewan talaga.
so assignment number 0: new blog or sa old blog? *meditate*
