Very innovative offering for our national heroes…

Em Dy is right masarap talaga its called “Goreng Ikan Bilis” pritong mani at dilis, its a side for “Nasi Lemak” coconut rice with fried fish or chicken and fried egg.

interesting… hmm… kailan naman kaya ako makakatikim niyan? ahehe… i’m very willing to be treated out.

Our secretary in the office would buy 2 sets of adobong mani. One with sili, the other without. All of us would pass her table would get our share. hard to resist kasi, especially pag bagong luto. Somehow, store bought adobong mani can’t match the one bought from the manlalako.

When I was in Malaysia in May this year, our breakfast would have adobong mani and dilis as side to a meal of coconut rice and chicken curry. Masarap.

pantanggal ng suya? hmmm… pwede rin siguro. although tama ka nga, mahirap din huminto pag nagstart ka ng pumapak ng mani.

what a fun read! i also loved mani as ‘ulam’. who would say no to this adobo version?

apir tayo jan! sayang di na gaano masarap adobong mani sa supermarkets. masubukan nga ito ulit minsan. na-miss ko na nga mag-ulam ng mani…
